TORO Proline 44" commercial mower - Price: $500.00 in Church Hill, Maryland

Here is a TORO Proline 44" commercial mower that is in very good condition. I'm selling it "AS IS". But all it needs is a minor service, good clean up and the blades sharpened! It needs a replacement retaining clip that goes on one side of the control lever(can just buy one at a hardware store for pennies), runs like a top and is very tight! It cuts nicely. It hasn't had a side discharge chute since I've had it, but doesn't affect anything. It has a Kawasaki engine on it(I believe it is a 12HP), gear transmission, pull start, easy to control levers that make it a breeze to mow with. I am moving and I won't need this any longer. I think that my asking price is fair and within range.
